Game Submissions

Developers submitting games to Numeta.io must:

• Own the rights to the game or have permission to submit it

• Ensure the game is functional and as described
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform requirements

Limitations

In no event shall Numeta.io or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Numeta.io, even if Numeta.io or its authorized representatives have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
